Nice robe, slightly slow shipping
I bought one of their printed robes. The design was lovely and the cotton is soft, feels good against the skin. It's well-made, no loose threads or anything so quality is definitely there. Shipping took around 8 days to Delhi, a bit longer than I expected for an Indian brand, but it wasn't a huge rush. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, which was a plus. The sizing was accurate. Overall, I'm happy with the product itself and the support, just wish delivery was a tad quicker sometimes.
Good quality, nice design
I ordered a block printed kaftan from Pinklay a few weeks ago. The fabric feels really soft, natural cotton, and the print is sharp, just like the pictures online. Delivery took about 6 days to reach me in Bangalore, which was fine. Packaging was simple but neat. Overall, it was a good purchase and I've worn it a few times already. No issues washing it either.
